Pre-appointment guidelines
Once signing up for your free 15 minute phone consultation someone will call you at the designated time. At that time, we will answer any questions you may have regarding therapy as well as introducing you to our team. For our first session, upon scheduling, we’ll forward the initial paperwork to be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellation commitments
We believe in respecting your time and ours. Our scheduling policies aid in minimizing last-minute cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours it will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Payment assurance
We offer flexible payment options, accepting Discover, Health Savings Account (HSA), PayPal, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, and work with most major insurance providers. Prioritizing convenience, we bill insurance directly and provide sliding scale options for eligible clients.
